Rhubarbara Streisand
Sweetened and spiced rhubarb with lemon & dry sherry, served tall topped with french bubbles & rhubarb leather.

Alrye-t Alrye-t
Pineapple coffee rye, honey & grapefruit bitters churned with crushed ice. Served in a classic julep tin.

Passion & Dynasty
Japanese whiskey, yuzu, sesame honey, passionfruit, orange bitters lengthened with soda water.

Rum Swizzle
Our house ‘grog’ rum blend with fresh lime juice, bitters and falernum (a traditional whole-spice syrup from the West Indies). Churned with cracked ice into a refreshing cooler.

Tanqueray gin, fresh lime and bespoke ginger syrup shaken and charged with ginger beer.
